Organizer/Staff Representative

Education Austin is seeking a full-time organizer/staff representative. The organizer/staff representative performs a number of duties, including recruiting new members, identifying and helping develop potential leaders, problem-solving, building relationships with members and potential members, and developing issue-based organizing plans to improve public education, grow the Labor movement, and address our social justice agenda.
